Grenada Citizenship Program

Grenada, also known as the spice islands,  is made up of the main island of Grenada itself, two smaller islands, Carriacou and Petite Martinique, and several small islands.

Grenada has declared it’s independence in 1974. As a new comer to the citizenship by investment(RBI) program, the Grenada Citizenship by Investment Program has been restructured and was re-launched in 2013.

With tourism being one of its major economy contributor, Grenada is well placed to attract more tourists with its beautiful beaches, waterfalls, diving and their national parks.

Grenada Investment Requirements

  • Invest US$220,000 in real estate for citizenship;  or
  • A donation of US$150,000 for single application; US$200,000 for a family of 4.

Applicants must buy and keep their main residential home for 5 years. They may be able to rent out their property.

There are no education, work or language requirements.

Grenada Stay Requirements

There are no stay requirements.


Applicant may include their spouse, dependent children under the age of 30. May also include their parents and parents in law.
