In return for the investment, the Dominica government will grant the investor and their family citizenship. Dominica, known as the mountainous nature island, is not be confused with the Dominican Republic more than 500 km away. Dominica Investment Requirements

There are 2 options available:
  • Invest US$200,000 in real estate for citizenship;  or
  • A donation of US$100,000 for a single application; US$200,000 for a family of 4.

Dominica Citizenship Program:

Applicants must buy and keep their investment property for 5 years. During that time, they may be able to rent out their property and after 5 years, they are able to liquidate the investment. There are no age, education, work, or language requirements.
