Dominica Investment Requirements

There are 2 options available:
  • Invest US$200,000 in real estate for citizenship;  or
  • A donation of US$100,000 for a single application; US$200,000 for a family of 4.

Dominica Citizenship Program:

Applicants must buy and keep their investment property for 5 years. During that time, they may be able to rent out their property and after 5 years, they are able to liquidate the investment. There are no age, education, work, or language requirements.
